Walk up a flight of stairs to the entry level of our sunny, spacious condo with radiant heated floors will keep you cozy. Keyless entry provides you with security and no key to keep up with. Open the sliding door to the deck or peer out the living room or master bedroom windows and view wetlands, ponds with beavers, ducks, geese, mountain views, Ajax Peak and Ingram Falls. Enjoy the views and summer festivals in town park from the deck.

  • Be considerate of the full time residents and quiet hours - Quiet hours will be enforced as outlined in Telluride TMC 7-2-20 Noise Ordinance (9p-7a Sun - Th and 11p-7a F, Sat, Holidays No noise should be plainly audible at a distance from the source of sound. )

  • Maximum 6 guests - more than 6 will result in mandatory non-refundable departure.

  • Minimum age 25

Rates & Fees

  • Our rates do vary seasonally based on holiday’s events high season and off season.

  • Taxes will be added to the lodging fees as Telluride town, county and State of Colorado lodging taxes are 15.4%.

  • Cleaning fees are $390-$425

  • A refundable security deposit of $1500 is also required and will be refunded 10-15 post stay.

  • Check in is contactless and is 4pm or after and Check out is 10AM or earlier

  • Cancellation policies

    • 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in

    • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in

    • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

    • Refunds not given for weather, illness, altitude or flight delays. No Early departure refunds.
